Born into a humble lower-middle-class background, I encountered challenges that would go on to shape the very core of my being. My parents, without formal education, bestowed upon me the invaluable gift of determination. Every step I took was accompanied by the echoes of their sacrifices and aspirations. But the path wasn't smooth; it was marked by hardships that often veiled the horizon of my dreams. Education was my gateway to a brighter future, but even that was a winding road. Struggling with limited resources, I commuted to distant villages for schooling. There was no roadmap, no guiding hand to lead the way. Yet, within the depths of my heart, a fire burned—a fire to transcend the circumstances and emerge as a beacon of inspiration for those who walk a similar path. Reflecting back, I identify pivotal factors that moulded my trajectory: Family and Environment: With no consistent income and the absence of formal education in my family, the odds seemed stacked against me. But adversity became my crucible, forging strength and a relentless drive to excel. Lack of Focus: Despite moments of hyperactivity, focus remained elusive. However, this shortcoming was met with unwavering determination to improve. My resolve to overcome challenges became a hallmark of my character. The Role of Luck: Life's lottery was beyond my control. I was not blessed with mentors and guides who could nurture my potential. Later in life , during my college days, I started following few gurus like JK, Epics like Mahabharat, Ramayana, MahaBhgavatam and few great authors of Telugu and English novels. These redaings kindled a spark that illuminated the path ahead. Health Challenges: Childhood illnesses might have impeded my physical growth, but they could not deter my spirit. Each setback was met with resilience, propelling me forward with newfound vigor. My journey from those humble beginnings to senior leadership roles was not solely driven by external factors. The journey was, at its heart, a testament to my relentless pursuit of growth, excellence, and holistic well-being. Through the crucible of Yoga, regular exercise, and spirituality, I sculpted a healthier version of myself—one that was not only capable but also willing to take on challenges with renewed vigor. My professional journey led me through diverse landscapes: operations, engineering, branding, projects, training and development, HR, and even the prestigious role of Chief Executive Officer. With each role, I faced stress and uncertainty, but these trials proved to be the crucible of my growth. Adapting to new responsibilities, I expanded my skill set and broadened my horizons in ways that I had never envisioned. Collaborating with governmental bodies, NGOs, private-public partnerships, contractors, students, entrepreneurs, and various stakeholders enriched my experiences manifold.
